Quality Control Management

We operate a system that meets the requirements of BS EN ISO9001:2015. There is a commitment at all levels of the company to meet customer requirements, with a continual, target-based improvement program for products and processes within the Quality Management System, aimed at achieving defined quality objectives.

Information Technology & Security Management System

We operate within a controlled Information Technology & Security Management system and ensure commitment at all levels of the company to meet all compliance requirements with continual training and guidance. Working towards cyber essentials, the company policy statement has been developed organisation-wide and aligns with our security practice standards. It will:

  • assist employees in applying the appropriate level of security control to their day-to-day activities in line with best practices, applicable regulations and legislation
  • support the development of new processes and systems as needed

Business Risk Assessment/Continuity Management Program

Our risk management framework and continuity programme provide a consistent methodology by which each business operation assesses the risks of all critical functions against a defined set of probability and impact criteria. Business risk information is reported and reviewed regularly by the Board and Management Team, with actions taken as necessary.
